The hall includes classrooms and storage spaces on B1; an activity center on the first floor, equipped with a small stage and a multimedia playing system; a gallery of art and indigenous culture on the second floor; indigenous culture exhibition rooms on the third and fourth floors, where more than two hundred indigenous artifacts are on display; and a restaurant with a fantastic view on the fifth floor. The hall is open to the public, free of charge. Visitors are most welcome.
♦By car: Drive along National Freeway No.1 and get of at Keelung interchange.→Keep moving on Zhongzheng Rd.
→Turn left aroun National Taiwan Ocean University and toward to Zhengbin Rd./Hoping Island.→ Turn right in front of Hoping Bridge and go straight around 30 meters. →Turn right.
♦By train (or bus)
1. Get off at Keelung train staion. And take No.101 to "Hoping Bridge" stop.
Go straight and turn right before Hoping Bridge.
2.If you take a bus to Keelung. Get off at Keelung train station stop. And take bus No.101.
